In 2007 he focused on directing his talent in the insurance industry. It was in 2011 when Stephen joined Risk and Insurance Consultants, Inc. where he currently holds the title of Director of Operations. In this role he is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of four related entities to include sales management, insurance carrier, vendor and client relations, strategic planning, marketing, capital expenditures and staffing. To further his commitment to the insurance industry, Steve has continued his education by earning the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor through the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research and is an active member of the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors.
